At Safawama LLC ("Safawama", "we", "us", or "our") we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for products bought through our website.
1. 30-day returns
You may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in resalable condition — unused or gently tested, with no damage — and returned with all included accessories (tripod, target plate, cable, and carry case) and original packaging where possible.
2. How to start a return
To begin a return, email us at email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. The original shipping cost, where charged, is included in the refund for the 30-day return window.
4. Return shipping
For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless required otherwise by applicable law. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for the same item — for example, due to a fault — contact us and we will arrange a replacement once the original is returned or the issue is confirmed.
7. Non-returnable situations
We may decline a refund or reduce the amount refunded where an item is returned outside the 30-day window, is missing accessories, or shows damage beyond normal inspection or use. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
8. Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be handled as a standard return once received.
