3. Products and pricing
We offer the 16-Line 4D Green Laser Level and related accessories. We make every effort to display products, specifications, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or when the product is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers, and you authorise us to charge the total order amount, including shipping and taxes where applicable.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship the product with free standard shipping unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are your responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is returned in resalable condition with all included accessories. To start a return, contact email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Warranty
The laser level is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Laser safety and compliance
This product is a Class 2 laser (output under 1 mW) certified to EN 60825-1 and carries CE / RoHS conformity. Do not stare directly into the beam or point it at people, vehicles, or aircraft. Keep it away from children. Use the product only for its intended measuring and layout purposes and in accordance with the included manual. You are responsible for using the product safely and lawfully in your jurisdiction.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or products for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the site's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Safawama name — is owned by or licensed to Safawama LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safawama LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
