Shipping & Returns

This page explains how Safawama LLC ("Safawama", "we", "us", or "our") ships your order and how returns work. For full return terms, see our Refund Policy.

1. Free shipping

Every order ships with free standard shipping. There are no hidden handling fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days.
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to carrier or customs handling.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us and we'll look into it.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

7. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. 30-day returns

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in resalable condition with all included accessories (tripod, target plate, cable, and carry case). To start a return, email us at email with your order number, and we'll send return instructions.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. For returns due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we also cover return shipping. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
